Favour is an Operations Manager with the Alpharosso Management Company (AMCO
Africa) He oversee operational activities, and strategizes process improvements to ensure
tasks are completed on schedule.

Favour provide valuable input to policy, planning, and strategy decisions He develops,
implements, and reviews operational policies and procedures.

He oversees project budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing, and ensures all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations He is also responsible for overall operations, the effective and successful management of labour, productivity, quality control, and safety measures.

He ensures safe and efficient operations, enhances the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, and reporting

Favour is ISO 9001 2015 certified, and he brings 8 years of experience in Oil and Gas, and
Facilities Management primarily in Quality Management, and Operations.

Prior to working at AMCO Africa, Favour worked as Supervisor with Lighthouse Petroleum, and Operations Manager with Vamoose.

Favour has a Masters Degree in Analytical Chemistry from the Federal University of Petroleum
Resources, and a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Benin.
