initiatives She brings 15 years of experience in talent management, recruiting, performance
management, skills development, career development planning, program management, and
knowledge management Her experience also includes driving stakeholder engagements, and
delivering high impact people results She has worked across Consulting, Financial services,
Not for profits, and Media sectors, within and outside Nigeria She is MCIPD, and Member,
board of trustees Foundation for Livelihood Advancement.

As an experienced human resource director, Ijeoma’s experience includes designing and
implementing human resource strategy recruiting high performing employees optimizing
employee performance through learning, development and training and implementing high
impact performance management programs for employees.

Prior to working at AMCO Africa, Ijeoma worked as Human Resource Manager at The
Alpharosso Consulting ( Programme Officer and Human Resource Lead, Forward Africa
Call Centre Operations, GOD TV UK and Ireland Banking Operations and Customer Service
Officer, IMFB and Banking Officer, SMFB.

Ijeoma has a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management, from the University of
Sunderland, and a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and Anthropology, from the University of
Nigeria Nsukka Ijeoma speaks fluent English and Igbo, Limited knowledge of French, Spanish,
Yoruba and Hausa.
