Typical day at work

  • Assisting existing and prospective clients with service inquires
  • Answering questions about company’s services
  • Providing proactive clients outreach
  • Build sustainable relationship and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
  • Collecting and analyzing clients feedback

Ideal candidate

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A good listening ear and ability to manage different personalities
  • Ability to answer clients while displaying good phone skills
  • A minimum of BSc/BA or it’s equivalent in relevant field
